Lip Plumping (Lip Augmentation)

BACK TO INDEX

Lip augmentation increases volume in your lips, making them fuller and plumper. Injectable fillers, containing hyaluronic acid, are the most commonly used method of lip augmentation. Hyaluronic acid is a natural, complex sugar which improves skin elasticity, delivers nutrients, hydrates the skin by holding in water, and acts as a cushioning agent.

When creating fullness or restoring lost volume in the lips, a little goes a long way. Using injectable fillers such as Juvéderm, and in some cases fat grafting, we can enhance lip plumpness. We pride ourselves in a conservative approach in this procedure to ensure only the most natural-looking lips leave our office. Both experience with injectable fillers, and finesse are requires to properly execute lip augmentations and deliver the desired results.

There is very little chance of rejection, and the procedure is reversible. There is plenty of room for fine-tuning until you are completely happy with your lips. Injectable fillers are not permanent and will usually require additional injections approximately every 4-5 months.
